I am a MERN stack and AI developer based in Lahore, Pakistan. I build full-stack web applications, React Native mobile apps and e-commerce platforms for clients across Pakistan, the US, the UK and the Gulf.

I started out building small sites for local businesses while studying, which taught me something most tutorials skip: the code is rarely the hard part. Understanding what a business actually needs, scoping it honestly and delivering it on time is what separates a project that launches from one that stalls at seventy percent.

Since then I have delivered booking systems, e-commerce stores, institute websites and marketing sites, and I have taken over more than a few projects that someone else abandoned. That experience shapes how I work now — written scope, visible progress, and a handover that leaves you owning everything.

How I work

  1. Understand first. Before quoting, I want to know what the business does and what a visitor should do on the site. A quote given without that is a guess.
  2. Write it down. Scope, timeline and a fixed price in writing before work starts. No surprises in either direction.
  3. Show progress. A live staging link from week one, updated as it develops. You never wait until the end to see anything.
  4. Optimise before launch. Performance, SEO and cross-device testing are part of the build, not an upsell afterwards.
  5. Hand over properly. Source code, hosting, domain and analytics all in your accounts, with a guide for updating content.
